Some vacation destinations are highly seasonal and may have less or no guests outside of the main season. Our pricing is structured accordingly - no guests, no fees!
Pricing
Basic fee: 1€ per night per occupied rental unit
- All fees plus 19% VAT
- Invoiced monthly in arrears
- Payment in Euro via SEPA bank transfer
- An administrative surcharge will apply for invoices less than 10€
